In unsere Fahrzeugsuche geben Sie bitte die Schlüsselnummern des gesuchten Fahrzeugs ein.
In dem Feld HSN (zu 2 / 2.1) 4 Stellen und in dem Feld TSN (zu 3 / 2.2) die ersten 3 Stellen.
Auf folgendem Bild mit 1 und 2 gekennzeichnet:

Shipping:

We ship large items with DHL and smaller parts with DPD.

For shipments to other EU countries we usually use DHL.

Express shipping outside the EU is carried out with UPS.

Shipping costs can only be calculated once items are in the shopping cart. Within the EU prices depend on weight and are usually between 19 EUR - 39 EUR. 

In 95% of cases we dispatch on the same day after receipt of payment if payment is made by 15:30.

Please note whether you also have the deposit amount in the shopping cart; otherwise you will receive a separate payment request after completing your purchase.

DHL may deliver shipments abroad via partner companies. We have no influence over the selection of these partners. In most cases you can track the shipment directly via DHL / Deutsche Post.

 

Deposit policy:

 The price applies only when you return your defective core part. We will charge you the deposit additionally until your defective core part has arrived with us. This is intended to speed up the shipping process.

As soon as your defective core part arrives with us, the amount will be refunded (we usually need up to 6 business days). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

For the deposit payment you will receive a PayPal payment link from us after your purchase if you pay via PayPal. Alternatively, you can also use the PayPal Send Payment function and send the deposit to us immediately. This also speeds up shipping.

 

Core parts must reach us within 45 days.

After 45 days you can of course still return core parts, but a 30% deduction will apply. Why? Because after 45 days we have to procure replacements. Otherwise we would not have these parts in our range in the short to medium term. We cannot afford that.

 

Core parts that are not returned within 6 months can no longer be accepted. We find this period more than reasonable.

Long story short: please return the core parts to us within 45 days. The sooner the better for all of us. After all, you want the deposit refunded quickly and we want the core parts.

Please note that your core part must be eligible for a deposit refund.

Deposit-eligible means:

  • No external mechanical damage (e.g. no broken connectors, no broken sensors).
  • The part must be in one piece, i.e. it must not be disassembled into individual parts, but only removed professionally.

 

 

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
