Payment options

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• PayPal (all common credit cards)

Payment must be made in advance.

Via PayPal you also have options such as direct debit and purchase on account.

Deposit policy:

 The price applies only when you return your defective core part. We charge the deposit additionally until your defective core part has arrived with us. This is to speed up the shipping process.

As soon as your defective core part reaches us, the amount will be refunded to you (we usually need up to 6 working days). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

For the deposit payment you will receive a PayPal payment link from us after your purchase if you pay via PayPal. Alternatively, you can also use PayPal’s Send Payment function and send the deposit to us immediately. This also speeds up shipping.

Core parts must reach us within 45 days.

After 45 days you can of course still return core parts, but a deduction of 30% will apply. Why? Because after 45 days we need to procure replacements. Otherwise we would not have these parts in our range in the short to medium term. We cannot afford that.

Core parts that are not returned within 6 months can no longer be accepted. We consider this period more than reasonable.

Long story short; please send the core parts back to us within 45 days. The sooner the better for all of us. After all, you want the deposit refunded sooner and we want the core parts.

Please note that your core part must be eligible for deposit refund.

Deposit-eligible means:

• No external mechanical damage (e.g. no broken plugs, no broken sensors).
• The part must be in one piece, i.e. it must not be disassembled into separate parts, only professionally removed.
